REGUALATIONS ON THE POLICY OF SCRATCH CHARGING CARD SERVICE

ARTICLE 1: TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

-       Scratch card: is defined as a means of payment. It is a type of prepaid card issued by Vinaphone, Mobifone, Viettel, VTC, FPT and etc. Clients can use scratch cards to recharge their online account to pay the cost of using the network service.

-       Digital Products: all products and services supplied by Party B use the Services - Payment tool of 1PAY in the legal framework of Vietnam.

-       Online accounts:  are understood as network accounts. Clients recharge online accounts and then use these accounts to pay for their service use.

-       Regulation on the allowed rate differences of cross-check: 1% (one percent).

ARTICLE 2: CHARGES

Scratch cards are issued in denominations of 500,000 VND, 300,000 VND, 200,000 VND, 100,000 VND, 50,000 VND, 30,000 VND, 20,000 VND, 10,000 VND, or others (if any). The charges above include VAT.

ARTICLE 3: REVENUE SHARING

-       Revenue sharing: The total shared revenue party B receives in the form of card recharge (excluding VAT) is calculated as follows:

DTB = DTVTM x TLVTT + DTVMS x TLVMS + DTVNP x TLVNP + DTGATE x TLGATE

+ DTVCOIN x TLVCOIN

In which:

-       DTB: Total shared revenue (excluding VAT) Party B receives (unit: VND).

-       DTVTM, DTVMS , DTVNP, DTGATE, DTVCOIN: Shared revenue paid by clients in the form of card recharge (revenue from recharging Viettel card - VTT, revenue from recharging Mobifone card - VMS, revenue from recharging Vinaphone card - VPN, revenue from recharging Gate card - FPT and revenue from recharging VCOIN card - VTC) from the 1Pay system is calculated by the total value of cards with successful transaction in this form in a month (unit: VND). In which  Shared revenue of the cards (DTVTM= DTAVTM /1.1; DTVMS= DTAVMS /1.1; DTVNP= DTAVNP /1.1; DTGATE= DTAGATE /1.1; DTVCOIN= DTAVCOIN /1.1)

-       TLVTM, TLVMS, TLVNP, TLGATE, TLVCOIN: Revenue sharing percentage (%) of the cards Party B receives. This percentage depends on each type of the cards, total revenue in a month and the payment cycle of Party B. The percentages are specified as the following tables:

Revenue sharing percentage can be adjusted during the collaborative process as required by the Telcos, or as agreed mutually.
